@openclaw/ocf-fleet-acceptance is a minimal, credential-free OpenClaw code
plugin used only to prove the OCF Fleet plugin explain-confirm-install-verify
path.
It registers one required tool, ocf_fleet_acceptance_probe, which returns a
static success result. It does not read or write files, use credentials, make
network requests, start services, or change OpenClaw configuration.
