The package behaves like a disclosed ClawHub CLI for installing, updating, publishing, and managing OpenClaw skills and packages.

Install only if you want a CLI that can read and write local skill/package folders, store a ClawHub API token, contact the ClawHub registry, and publish or manage registry content when you run those commands. Review paths before publishing or syncing, and set CLAWHUB_DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1 if you do not want sync telemetry.
