Retry Plugin Build

The plugin mostly does what it says, but it directly edits stored conversation history and uses session-global state that could affect the wrong chat, so it should be reviewed before use.

Install only if you are comfortable with a startup plugin that edits OpenClaw conversation history files. Prefer a version that scopes edits to the exact active session, handles concurrent chats safely, and clearly explains how transcript backups are retained or cleaned up.
