This appears to be a real memory-layer plugin: it stores and recalls per-user and shared memory, without asking for unrelated credentials or contacting unexpected services.

Before installing, make sure you actually want persistent memory across sessions. This plugin will save user messages, assistant replies, personal memories, and shared memories into .memory-layer or a configured shared file, so resetting a chat may not erase those files. Review the configured storage path, restrict enabledAgents/enabledChannels if needed, and avoid enabling group-session memory unless you are comfortable with how group history will be stored and recalled.
