This plugin is a disclosed Intercom support-channel integration that can reply, tag, close, and escalate conversations, with broad but purpose-aligned behavior.
Install only if you intend OpenClaw to act as a live Intercom teammate. Start with allowedChannels, allowFrom, pickupUnassigned, autoClose, and createMissingTags set conservatively, and use an Intercom app token with only the permissions this workspace actually needs.
