Overview
This is a coherent IRC channel plugin that uses expected network access and IRC credentials to bridge OpenClaw with user-configured IRC servers.
Before installing, configure it only for IRC servers and channels you trust, keep TLS enabled, prefer DM pairing and channel allowlists, and treat IRC/NickServ passwords or password files as sensitive credentials.
SkillSpector was not run because this plugin release contains no bundled skills.
