This daily report plugin stores generated reports locally and can read selected Git history, but those behaviors match its stated report-history and Git-collection purpose.

Install only if you are comfortable with generated reports and selected Git commit metadata being stored locally for history lookup. Avoid enabling Git auto-collection for repositories whose commit messages contain sensitive client, credential, or internal incident details unless that local retention is acceptable.
