This appears to be a coherent local research-notebook plugin, but it persistently saves research state and has activation/install details users should review.

This skill is reasonable to install if you want OpenClaw to keep a local research workspace. Before enabling it, verify whether it will be always active, choose or monitor the storagePath, avoid storing secrets, and clear the local research JSON if you no longer want the agent to reuse prior research context.
